WELLMED Young Researchers in Action (WELLMED-YRA), is organizing an Applied Research Seminar for early career scientists, prior to the opening of the WELLMED 5 conference. The Seminar is open to all early career researchers working in the field of patient safety and health professional well being.

During the session, participants will have the chance to present the current state of their research in a standardised format. These presentations will focus on the current issues researchers are facing and future directions of their work. Following each presentation there will be a feedback session from members of the WELLMED network aiming at enhancing research progress.

The workshop is facilitated by Dr. Hardeep Singh, MD MPH, Chief of the Health Policy, Quality and Informatics Program based at the Houston Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Services Research and Development Center of Excellence and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Michael E.
